Automatically importing certificates
The Automatically Import Management Server Certificate feature enables you to automatically import the HPE SIM certificate when accessing the HPE SMH from an HPE SIM system.

To automatically import the HPE SIM certificate:
From an HPE Systems Insight Manager or HP Insight Manager 7 system, select a link to a system.
If the Trust By Certificate option is selected in HPE SMH Settings, click the Security link, and then click the Trust Mode, and a certificate for the HPE SIM system you are accessing has not been imported into the Trusted Certificates List, the Sign In page displays the Automatically Import Management Server Certificate option. The Certificate Information retrieved from
SERVER NAME
displays the HPE SIM certificate details.If you do not want to add the HPE SIM certificate to the Trusted Certificates List; deselect Automatically Import Management Server Certificate. Deselecting this option still requires you to enter login credentials. However, administrator credentials are not required to login.
If you enable HPE SMH to automatically import the HPE SIM certificate, future access to the system is seamless. You are not prompted for your login credentials.
Leave Automatically Import Management Server Certificate selected, enter your HPE SMH credentials, and then click Sign In to automatically import the certificate.
The certificate is added to the Trusted Certificates List.
