The Reference Support Pack is configured by using the HP Version Control Agent - Changing settings link.

You can select a Reference Support Pack to be used to determine the overall software status of the system. This configuration enables the monitoring of installed software versions against a known, stable set of software versions. You can use an HP Service Pack for ProLiantProLiant and Integrity Support Packs or a Custom Software Baseline as a Reference Support Pack . A Custom Software Baseline can be generated using the HP Version Control Repository Manager (HP VCRM).
