- Change driver to ignore rebuild progress in RIS and always start at 0%.
This will guarantee that even if drive was replaced we will still copy
all data over.
- Change driver to ensure that drive write cache is enabled during
rebuild. This will help speed up rebuild times significantly, and make
the behavior more predictable.
